Henry Manuel Kuia’ ia’ aku Diaz Taino/Arawak Indian Artist, born and raised in New York City. In his youth he worked for various non-profit organizations where he developed his art through illustrating and designing print publications for these organizations. Since then, over twenty one years, Henry has professionally rendered services and instructed non-for-profits, private and commercial businesses.
After two successful solo exhibitions and one group show in upper Hudson Valley, NY Henry has made digital photography the main medium for his artistic vision.
His art reflects life in a surreal state of reality without loosing too much ground. Daring to eplore uncharted territory in use of saturation of color, light, texture, emotions, and while uncovering hidden gems in the quantum dynamics of tender moments of fantasy, eroticism, love, and humor. Always portraying a genuine celebration for life.
